Pet Screening Policy:
- Our Pet Policy requires that ALL applicants -not only pet or animal owners- complete their Pet Screening profile. If you DO NOT have a pet/animal you STILL have to complete your Pet Screening profile as "No Pet or Animals" which will be free of charge to you.
- Begin your Pet Screening profile by going online to https://innova-pm.petscreening.com.
- A complete Pet Screening Profile is part of our rental application, REQUIRED. If it is not received the rental application will be considered incomplete.

Property Condition:
- Property is rented in “as-is” “where-is” condition.
- Tenant is responsible for landscape maintenance, front, back, and sides.
- Slate pool table will not be removed from the property, and it must stay in its current location during tenant’s occupancy.
- Garden beds will not be removed from the property.

Rental Application:
- Real Estate agent must show the property. You may contact your Real Estate Agent for more information and to view the property.
- ALL 18 years-old and above who intend to live in the property must apply.
- Application Fee is $75 per adult, per applicant (non-refundable, no exceptions).
- Must apply online at www.Innova-PM.com.
- Must provide valid ID, proof of income (last 2 months pay-stubs, or last 2 years tax return and last two months back statements if independent contractor or self-employed).
- Applicant(s)/Agent to verify all the information.
- Applicant(s)/Applicant’s representative must see the property, required.
- Renters Insurance required prior to move-in.
