I am looking to sublet the lease, in which you would take over the duration of the lease (which is at a lower rate than advertised, as I received a special). The unit is #603, a spacious 1br/1ba in a perfect West Loop/Greek Town location, able to walk to nearby West loop restaurants, and also a quick bike ride to downtown. The building has amazing amenities (rooftop pool, two sites with gas grills, exceptional gym, study areas, fire pits, indoor dog run with heat lamps, etc).
