We are happy to assist you in applying for your new home. Application are online through our secure website. Please visit www.realpmsolutions.com and select ?Search for Rentals?. Find the home you desire and select ?Apply?. Follow the application process step by step for each applicant over the age of 18 wishing to reside at the residence.
What do I Need to Apply?
Government Issued Identification-Examples: Driver?s License, Passport, Work Visa
Proof of Income-Examples: Pay stubs covering 1 month, bank statements, W-2. Please note that if you have multiple income streams or 3rd party assistance that you wish to claim, documents must be submitted for those as well.
Photos of all pets you wish to reside on the premises. Please note that for animals that are service/emotional support pets, you will be required to provide further documentation and have your prescribing doctor fill out our paperwork.
Completed applications from ALL individuals
over the age of 18 with all documents submitted. Please note, if you are adding a co-signer, they must have a completed application as well. We will NOT begin processing applications until ALL applicants in a group have applied.
Applications are $50.00 per applicant and these fees are non-refundable. Anyone 18 years or above who will be residing at the property must apply.
What Do You Check For?
We will (1) check your credit report; (2) check for any past evictions; (3) verify your employment, if applicable; (4) verify personal income; (5) verify your previous landlord references; (6) perform a criminal background screening. Credit scores below 500, eviction history, bad rental history, recent or drug/violence related felonies are not likely to be approved. Credit scores below 600 may require additional deposit. Verified untruthful information on your rental application is cause for automatic denial.
