Criteria: Income at least 3x the rent rate. Good rental, credit (min. 660) and background history are a must. If your credit is lower than the minimum requirement, double security deposits will be required. Lease contract is for a minimum of one year. We DO NOT do short term rentals.
We only hold a property for a maximum of 10 days with a $500 HOLD DEPOSIT upon approval (the deposit will become part of the total security deposits). If you are not looking to move within the next 2-3 weeks, you may want to check back at a later time.
Application fee is $75 per adult applicant. Move in funds required will be the 1st month's rent (pro-rated as appropriate) PLUS the Security Deposits (equivalent of one month security deposit, $500 cleaning & $200 key and remote deposits).
Small pet may be considered with $500/pet deposit. All pets and service animals must be disclosed at time of application. Owner reserved the right to rescind all approval and contract if not disclosed up front.
