Our unfinished basement includes access to a washer and dryer, and room for additional storage.

Outdoor spaces are perfect for summer-time living and come fully furnished with everything needed for alfresco dining & BBQing. A driveway is available for parking, as well as plenty of easy street parking.

Monthly rate is $2,400 and includes all utilities. Security deposit of 1/2 months rent is required. Excellent references and background check required. Absolutely no pets or cigarette smoking allowed.
