QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
Credit score of 670 or above, gross household income must be 3X the monthly rent or greater. Positive and verifiable rental history with no late payments, no returned payments, or notices of default/nonpayment of rent. No open bankruptcies or judgements. NAPM uses Experian for credit screenings. Accounts in collections, past due status, or late payments will be reviewed by the Owner. Approval is based on and not limited to the following factors: credit score, credit history, length of employment and history, income, current and previous rental history, criminal background check, pet criteria, debt to income ratio and rent to income ratio.
RENTER INSURANCE & MINIMUM OF $100,000 LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY.

We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile.
Pet Fees are based on the Paw Score and is per pet. Failure to disclose any existence of pets at the time of your application will result in a denial of your application and may be grounds for eviction.
PETS, PET DEPOSITS, AND PET POLICIES: (if applicable): If property has no pet restrictions, after completing your rental application, applicant must fill out our mandatory pet screening application at nvapm.petscreening.com . This MUST be completed whether an applicant has pets or not. Pet policies, pet rent, pet deposits, and pet fees differ between properties.
A standard pet screening application fee is $20.00 for one pet and $15.00 for each additional pet. If you have no pets, the pet screening is free, you will just need to assert that you have no pets.
SERVICE ANIMALS: Service animals are not considered pets and are not subject to pet deposits, pet fees, and/or pet rent. Applicants with SERVICE ANIMALS must submit the application at no additional charge to the applicant.
