We love quiet tenants in our building as it is family friendly. Typically building is quiet by 10 PM. We require a credit report for each adult who will be living in the apartment. Tenants' monthly income, rental history, and credit scores are used to review your application. Credit scores of 600+ are ideal. Qualified tenants must have no history of evictions. Minimum monthly income for unit is 2.5 times income or $2,400.
Each tenant will also need to be current on rent and have verifiable employment. We are a non-smoking building.
The lease term will be one year. First month's rent and security deposit is due at lease signing. The apartment is available as of 1/25/2021.
