Looking for a roommate - Property Id: 1051140

My daughter and her Dad moved out, so I am looking for a roommate to share costs, ideally a single female roommate. I live in a mobile home but I own it. I have two cats. No pets as these two cats are bonded. I work both at home and outside the home. You would have two rooms with a .5 bath that's accessible from both rooms. The main shared bath doubles as the laundry room. Shared kitchen & living room (although I spend most of the time in my room when I'm home.) The larger of the 2 bedrooms is partially furnished as there's a twin bed (incl. sheets, comforter) & a table that can be used as a desk. There's a window A/C in the larger semi-furnished room. There's also a whole home swamp cooler. The house is located 5 minutes from UCCS & 10 minutes from downtown. You would have to submit and have your application approved for the mobile home park I live in - They are aware I am looking for a roommate. Rent includes electric, propane, internet, pest control, water, trash, sewer.
