The approval process will not begin until this screening is complete. All pets must be 12 months or older and current on shots. Must have at least a 600 credit score. (In the event that not every applicant meets this requirement, we can offer case by case approval with both Landlord/Owner consent and an increased Security Deposit)

Housing vouchers are acceptable as a form of income - all other requirements still need to be met

Verifiable rental and employment history for the past 3 years

Cannot be a sex offender

No possession, consumption, manufacturing or cultivation of recreational marijuana or marijuana products
