Apt 1 is part of a Two-Family house on a tree-lined street that offers a large driveway on the side of the property and shared use of the private backyard space to relax or BBQ or soak up the sun because there is plenty of sun on this property. You have two entrances for Apt 1, the front door or the side door by the driveway. This is great because when you come home with groceries, you can go right to the kitchen after parking the car in the driveway and store your purchases. Other times, entering via the front is always an option. There is a large locking mailbox outside so your mail stays more secure.
The living room has plenty of windows and is very spacious. The master bedroom can be accessed by crossing the living room and has a large closet and lots of windows too facing the front of the house. The kitchen is across from the living room and it's very large with new appliances and lots of cabinets and an eat-in area large enough for 4 people. There is a full bathroom and also a guest bathroom half bath. There are two more bedrooms that face the back yard each with large closets and ceiling fans.
