Important things to note:

The apartment is located in a neighborhood with a mix of industrial and residential properties. The streets can get busy at times. There are a few homeless people nearby that wander the streets at night. Kindly read up on the neighborhood so you are more acquainted with it and know what to expect.

Area above kitchen is slightly receptive to noise from overhead unit.

Upon booking, guest will be asked to provide additional information, such as filling out an Intake Form and providing required photo ID.

For everyones safety, this unit has a built-in noise and smoke monitoring system that sends us an email notification if any loud noise or smoking is detected.

There are 3 CCTVs in the building,
1 located along the hallway,
1 located on the main building door, and
1 located on the back porch (for parking).
All of them are recording 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in any private areas or inside bedroom, only in the common areas.
