We offer furnished monthly rentals for winter at that rate.. We may be interested in converting this apartment to a 12 month lease furnished or unfurnished.

We offer vacation rentals with a 3-5 night minimum depending on the season. Summer rentals have a 4 or 5 night minimum.

Please inquire with your dates and we will send you our best rate.

We have been in business for 11 years and have hundreds of all 4 and 5 star reviews at the websites we have ads at. We do not have one bad review and we are proud of that.

We have two apartments and that is our whole building. You can rent the entire building for privacy. Our guests who do that love it.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed.

Both of our apartments have 3 queen beds and sleep up to 6 persons. We include 1 garage parking space with your rental.

We are located on a quiet block in a very safe neighborhood. We are very close to everything that most travelers come to Chicago for. It is a very fast 10-15 minute drive/Uber or a few train stops trip to downtown Chicago, the museums, and all of the great attractions of Chicago.

When you stay in our rentals, you can be confident that you wont kept awake by the guests in the other apartment and definitely not by our neighbors who both get up early. Our guests often thank us for how quiet and peaceful our location is and how friendly everyone is in our area.

House Rules.

We dont allow parties or gatherings of any kind. We only rent our apartments for lodging. Noise late at night or excessive noise anytime is very disturbing to our neighbors and other guests, so our rentals are really not a good fit for the very late night or very hard partying crowd. We are located in a quiet residential area and our guests and neighbors appreciate and enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment. The person renting the apartment must be 25 years old or older.

We do not rent to guests coming for music festivals such as Lollapalooza or any concerts. A few bad guests ruined that for everyone.

We do require a $200 refundable security deposit.
