UTILITIES tenant to pay: Electric - PGE Gas - NW Natural Gas Water /Sewer: City of Portland Trash - Landlord will bill tenant $30/month for trash service. HOA This home is located in the Quail Park Association. Tenant must abide with the rules and regulations of the HOA. Please note that Quail Post Road is narrow and winding, and parking is extremely limited. Street parking is NOT allowed at ANY time on any side road, cul-de-sac or loop. Overnight parking is not allowed on any roads in Quail Park. The HOA has the right to levy fines and to tow vehicles in violation of parking rules. Residents are responsible for communicating these parking rules to their guests. RENTERS INSURANCE Proof of renter's insurance required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout tenancy. PETS No pets are allowed at this time. LANDSCAPING/YARD MAINTENANCE Tenant must maintain the front, back and side yards including mowing, watering, leaf removal and edging as required.
