Screening Criteria Overview: Total verifiable household gross income should be at approximately 2x the monthly rent. Must have a minimum of one-year verifiable rental history. We run credit, criminal, and eviction history. 700 credit score. Applications will be processed through Zillow. They charge $29. They use Experian for the credit check, and Checkr for the background check. All adults that will occupy the property must complete an application. (No incomplete applications will be considered.)
