We are looking for a tenant to occupy our home while we travel. We are offering a single bedroom and bathroom but the tenant will have the entire house available to them. We are charging a very low rate because we also have a cat that the tenant will have to share the house with, and take care of, among other light responsibilities.

He is 10 years old, happy and healthy, no other special duties are required. We are looking for a tenant who is quiet, responsible, professional and clean and who plans on spending the majority of their down time at home, so to keep our boy company during our absence.

Over the course of our travels we will be returning home periodically, so you will also have us as roommates from time to time.
