2345 Pine Street is located in downtown Boulder, at the corner of 24th & Pine Streets. Great location, just minutes to the CU campus, Pearl Street, and the 29th Street Mall. The property consists of two houses (units #1 & 4), with two rooming units between them (#2 & 3).
Unit #2 is the first apartment behind the front house. This "rooming unit" is zoned for one person only. The apartment consists of a bedroom with an attached bathroom and NO KITCHEN. It has its own entrance, and shares the courtyard/picnic table with apartment #3 next door. This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenant moving out.

Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. Sorry, no dog allowed unless it's a service/support animal.
