Many may feature ornate details like French doors, chandeliers, ornamental fireplaces, and built ins. Residents share an elevator and on-site laundry facility. 1474 Sacramento is innately walkable, blocks away from Union Square's shops, Nob Hill's historic Fairmont and Mark Hopkins hotels, dog-friendly Huntington Park, and other neighborhood landmarks. Its location has excellent bike lanes, and commuters love nearby access to ample BART and Muni options, as well as its proximity to the Financial District, Downtown, and North Beach.This unit is a rental unit subject to the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, which limits evictions without just cause, and which states that any waiver by a tenant of their rights under the Rent Ordinance is void as contrary to public policy.

Verified residentReview source: verified resident2 hour parking which results into unnecessary tickets, building has no service whatsoever so you have to have wifi and that there is a very serious emergency problem. Units are so out dated the only great thing is the washer and dryer, building reeks of dog urination due to old carpeting.
