What?: You can now see exactly how each apartment that comes across your feed stacks up against the features you say you want! On each property card that comes across your feed, you can now see how the location, unit, pet policy, commute, amenities, and budget match up with your criteria and ranked accordingly. It will either be checked as green for a perfect match, yellow for a slight stretch, or red for a huge flex from your preference.

Why?: When searching for an apartment on Apartment List, you have the option to enter in all your wants and must-haves into your profile so we can make sure you find your perfect match. But not every apartment has all your features and it can be frustrating to have to read the fine print to find your features. Now with our How it Matches feature, this information is clearly displayed so you don’t waste any time. Check it out and find a home you love!
