The pictures are a little older but the kitchen and bathroom will be updated before the move-in date. There is garage parking available, in-unit laundry, and a storage unit. The apartment is located in downtown Ballard and is close to many coffee shops and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of grocery stores like Safeway and Trader Joe's. I am looking for someone who wants to move in late October or early November.
