Lease Termination Fee: Early termination of the lease will be charged as a fee equal to 1.5 times the monthly rent OR Actual Damages, to be determined by the landlord.

If present, the Washer/Dryer is not warranted by the owner in the event of repair and/or replacement, the tenant will be responsible for repair or replacement.
