We will be renting our fully renovated second/third floor unit, which will be available for showing starting 8/30.
All new throughout including electrical, AC, all new appliances, flooring, and much more. The old charm of the home has been maintained with high ceilings, mouldings, built-ins and massive windows.
The home is three blocks from Hawthorn with private gated driveway. The property is surprisingly quiet despite being on a main road. The kitchen and one bath are at the front of the home facing Cesar.
This unit is comprised of a large private vestibule (first two images), stainless appliances (refridgerator to be installed prior to first week of Sept), in unit washer/dryer, central air, and large closets.
Potential for fourth bedroom conversation and offstreet parking can be discussed.
Pets acceptable, but will be evaluated on a case by case basis and additional fee associated.
Open application period begins Friday Sept. 1st at 1:00pm. Prospective tenant must tour the property in person.
