(all electrical and plumbing features passed city inspections with flying colors) The home is situated safely in our fenced back yard and features a lovely terraced garden setting surrounding a flagstone patio complete with fire pit and outdoor table with umbrella and chairs. The house has a spacious shower, its own hot water heater, air conditioning a flushing toilet and a loft with sliding library ladder, securely attached, for a safe ascent and decent from the sleeping area. The kitchen is stocked with a microwave oven, counter-top cooker, coffee maker, under-counter refrigerator with separate freezer, dishes, cups, glasses utensils, mixing bowls, kitchen towels, bath towels, bedding, blankets, pillows, a comfortable sleeper sofa for your guests (in addition to the queen bed in the loft) and tons of cabinet storage for clothing and particulars. It also has a 32” new television complete with Roku, Netflix, HBO and wireless internet is also available for your use. You are welcome to use our washer and dryer located in the main house to do your laundry. We are four blocks from public transit and a five minute walk to Powell Butte which provides a bounty of hiking trails and forest settings. The Springwater trail is also walking distance from our house which features a 40 mile paved path for jogging or bike riding. There is a fancy new Asian grocery store and Bi-Mart within walking distance and a Safeway just 2 ½ miles away. No pets please. $150.00/mo utilities.
