Thank you for stopping by!
This post is for a one bedroom apartment in an ultra-charming turn of the century house. The apartment is unfurnished and is on a peaceful street, yet close to everything. The windows face south, so it gets direct sunlight from early morning to late evening.
I am giving up my precious apartment. The apartment is carefully restored from solid wood floors down to retro/classic fixtures, subway tiles, and other fine details that fit the period of the home. I am leaving my blackout and custom roman shades.
The kitchen is brand new and has a Carrera marble design quartz counter. The upper cabinets are deep and super tall, equipped with a large lazy susan, and soft close doors. The stainless steel fridge, large microwave, and GAS stove are also new.
The house is pretty quiet. The landlord/handyman lives in the building and is always available should there be an emergency.
The rent includes Heat and water. The house cranks out good ole steam heat in the colder months.
Tenant pays for gas and electric. My bills never exceeded $35 a month. I think the gas bill held steady at $30.
Bicycle storage is available.
