PORTLAND ORDINANCE - OPEN APPLICATION PERIOD: This rental home is located in the City of Portland and cannot accept applications until Monday, July 5th at 6 pm (PST). Applications received before the open application period will receive an 8 hour penalty. Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis.
The home sits on a corner lot with fully fenced yard and shed. The floor plan flows well. Laminate flooring throughout. Plenty of kitchen cabinet and pantry storage. Each of the three bedrooms has a large window for lots of natural light. Washer and dryer included. Easy access to the I-205 corridor from the Foster Ramp.
TERMS:
- Application Fee: $55 per financially responsible adult
- Lease Term: 12-month
- Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent (restrictions apply - not to exceed 1.5 month's rent)
- Pets: Up to two pets with $25/monthly pet rent (dogs less than 35 lbs please). Pet Security of $300. Approval through Petscreening.com
- Garbage/Recycling: 35 gallon garbage service level billed back to tenant.
- Water/Sewer, Natural Gas, Electric: Tenant Responsibility
- Landscape maintenance: Tenant
- Parking: Driveway or on-street
- Renter's Liability Insurance in the amount of $100,000 required
- No smoking allowed on premises
- Move-in availability: Lease is required to begin within two weeks of applying
- Accessible Unit: No
- City of Portland Rental Criteria for Residency Applies: Yes
