I receive too many is it available inquiries and don't want to waste mine or others time if they are not eligible to rent the apartment. Therefore, I will only respond to serious inquiries that include the following prescreening information. 5. How long with current employer (each applicant)?

This apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bath upstairs apartment in a small 3 apartment building at 805 E. Floribraska Ave. in Tampa.

New flooring in living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Pass-through door located between the 2 bedrooms. Front bedroom opens to kitchen and rear bedroom. Rear bedroom opens to living room.

May consider pet after seeing it. Pet fee.

Amounts required at time of move-in

1) $1000 prorated 1st months rent
2) $1000 last months rent in advance
3) $750 security deposit

Background check required.

PRIOR EVICTIONS. Don't bother.

One year lease minimum.
