*There is a $10.25 fee for up to 2 landlord references. We require current and previous landlord references for each Applicant. 2-3 years of history are required.
For Income verification we use Payscore, a third-party vendor. You will be sent an email inviting you to utilize their service.
*There is a $10 fee per applicant. If two applicants share all accounts, you can combine and only pay one Payscore account.
The minimum credit score to apply for this unit is 700.
