I will have professional cleaners come through, but the apartment company will not repaint or shampoo the carpets. "Make-Ready": The second option is also for a year, but the apartment company will go through the apartment, repaint, and shampoo the carpets. The rent will increase with this option, and will be $1360 a month. The apartment company needs 2 weeks to do this, so the new tenant could only move in on Jan 15th. In order to apply, applicants will have to pay a $45 application fee for each person living on the premises. Once accepted, tenants will also have to provide a security deposit that is equal to one month's rent. Last month's rent is not required if you make 3x the rent and have a credit score of 620 or above. About the apartment: The apartment is right on Main Street! The apartment is a 713 sq ft. bi level. The entrance to our apartment is right between New Leaf 2 and Fleur. We are across the street from Ryan's Pub. The only utility is electric. Parking is not included.
