Hello!

My name is John and I am a single home owner looking for a roommate in my 3 Bed/1 bath home in NE Portland, in the charming Cully neighborhood.

Amenities included: dishwasher, washer & dryer, large front yard and fenced backyard. This is a pet friendly home (large or small dogs okay, cats as well). Also ample storage space with a large backyard shed. 3rd bedroom is being used as an office space/art studio, some of the space can be shared.

The room is 109 sq. ft with a fresh coat of paint, updated closet space and black out curtains.

Lease is set to be month-to-month.

This is a queer-friendly home - I am a gay man preferably looking for someone within the community as well.

The house is on Alberta Street, which intersects with 42nd Avenue, a main artery in NE Portland. 42nd is lined with lots of cute shops and bars, along with a large community park (Fernhill Park) that has a track, field and off-leash dog park. The 75 bus also runs up and down it.

I like to keep my space clean but am not overbearing with shared duties, as long as people's expectations are met. Shared living situations require a good amount of communication, so people who know how to express their needs/wants are ideal. Passive aggressive sticky notes or texts are a no-no : )

Smoking is permitted on the front and back patios only, not indoors. Vaping is okay indoors.
