And yet still close to nature trails.

Four bedrooms and two baths are located up a grand staircase off the entry. One of these boasts its own fireplace and another has its own ensuite bathroom, and a full bath with an old clawfoot bathtub and shower is shared.
The third story of this home has it's own back staircase and once you reach the top(yes it is a climb but it could mean less trips to the gym!) There are two large bedrooms up here (one has an ensuite half bath), a smaller "guest room" and a full bath with clawfoot tub and shower. A second, fully appointed kitchen is located up here and a cozy informal living room /dining room that has views of the city and mountains! This wing has an outside entrance on the side of the house. My husband and I have been renting large homes very successfully for the past 40 years in Honolulu, Hawaii, furnishing the house with every conceivable luxury and amenity in the common areas. We are looking for single , professional, responsible, working adults who want to share a "ready made" home environment, (NOT a "party house") that I am good at creating. We are the resident managing "landlords" with all utilities and financial responsibilities in our names, and I am the "live-in" housekeeper (NOT the maid) and I make sure our home is always neat and tidy. We are retired and take ALL the dictated precautions regarding this Covid 19 pandemic Very seriously and would expect anyone who wanted to come live with us to do the same. We are vaccinated.

The four bedrooms that I have to rent at this time are all different sizes with different amenities, and I prefer including all utilities in the total.I am asking $1500 per month, per room, that would be the inclusion of all utilities and the sharing of the entire house!! There would be a refundable deposit required at the time of move-in that would equal the amount of one months rent.
