Its the first time i rent out my brand new oversized condo (Less than 1 year). It is pretty special. It is 2BR 2BA corner unit with 12 foot ceilings and huge windows everywhere, in the most desired Boutique Building in Prime Williamsburg. 4 min walk to the L-train and Bedford Ave.

I am looking for a renter for an extended period of time. Ideally 3 months or more.

The pictures probably give away that i have it furnished and decorated to live in myself, so it is all high-quality stuff.

BR1 has a King Bed and a Walk in Closet + large Master Bathroom en suite.

The apartment comes fully equipped with Samsung Smart TV, Netflix, etc (TV has all the apps like HBO GO etc) Bluetooth Audio System, multiple bed sheet sets and towels, etc. I also have washer, dryer and dishwasher.

The dining table is expandable and comfortably sits 6. I have 4 stools, and 1 Herman Miller Office chair. The Kitchen is a spacious, real Chef-Kitchen, sadly under-utilized by its owner.

The view out of the apartment is so lovely, that you enjoy lazy sundays on the couch, and still have the feeling to have been outside (there is a lovely wine bar and a restaurant across the street).

This is truly a dream apartment in perfect condition, and i will only sublet to someone that is responsible and trustworthy enough, to keep it in good shape.
