Lease summary:
Tenant pays all utilities. Allowed to only the members of one family. Absolutely no pets. No smoking or vaping. Credit score must be equal to or greater than 700. Employment, references, rental history, and background will be verified at the renter's expense. After selection, an interview is required before the final decision is made. First, and last month and deposit due when signing the lease. Will only lease for one year or longer. The tenant needs to have a monthly income three times monthly rent. Rent is due on the first of each month. No section 8.
