• Pet friendly (dogs of any breed and size. We also welcome cats - $30 per pet per month + $70 bi-weekly cleaning for our pet-friendly suites). We accept ESAs and Service Animals too.
• Current Monthly Price: $1950. Rental rates include:
o Utilities: Water, gas, electric, and internet (no cable, but we’ve got streaming apps on our wall-mounted Sony TV in the living room)
o Cleaning: Basic cleaning equipment and complimentary monthly clean provided. Please note that we do mandate extra cleanings (bi-weekly) for guests traveling with animals already included in the pet fees.
o Occupancy: Price based on a 2-guest occupancy and increases with each guest after 2. (4-guest Max). Prices subject to change.
• Damage Deposit: $1000 refundable (for $1000 worth of damages) or a monthly non-refundable damage protection fee of $90 instead of the $1000 for $2000 worth of coverage. NOTE: This fee also covers damage from animals for those traveling with animals. Please inform the host of your preference during booking (HOLD or non-refundable monthly damage protection fee). Unfortunately, this fee cannot be pro-rated for shorter stays
• Limited rental screening. Happy to refund your rental screening cost if you sign a lease with us.
