828 Marine Street consists of the original house and a 6-unit addition on the back. The house and addition are separated by the on-site laundry room. The central location is easy walking distance from CU campus, the Hill and Pearl.
Apartment #4 is on the middle level of the addition. All apartments have access to a shared courtyard with BBQ grill and picnic tables. The middle and top-level apartments have their own decks overlooking the courtyard. These units are carpeted, with a wood-burning fireplace and A/C unit in the living room, dishwasher in the kitchen, and access to an on-site laundry room.
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. We can setup a payment plan to cover the remaining security and any pet deposits. Since we don't have any application process, all our places are rented on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
CATS allowed with an extra $200 cat deposit; sorry, no dogs allowed
