THE ROOMS: Bright, clean room that get plenty of light and located in a great commercial/residential neighborhood area. Hardwood floors. Furnished with bed, desk, chair and closet.

KITCHEN: Clean, remodeled kitchen. Have some kitchen and eating utensils.

BATHROOMS: 2.5 clean, remodeled bathrooms for sharing.

BONUSES:
Great location in a vibrant neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation for UCSF, USF and SFSU, as well as downtown. One block from the N-Judah train and #29 bus. Across the street from the Police Credit Union with frequent police presence for additional safety. Washer and dryer (coin-operated) on premise.

UTILITIES: Covers electricity, gas, internet, water, and garbage ($100 per person, additional to monthly rent).

MOVE-IN COSTS: 12-month lease. First and last month rent, $500 refundable security deposit, $100 move-out cleaning fee (non-refundable) plus $300 early termination fee. 12-month lease, then month-to-month.
