The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood in the pine studded Oakland Hills approx 1 mi. up from Hwy 13. Birds next panoramic view of the bay including Golden Gate Bridge , downtown SF, Mt. Tam, Alcatraz, and Angel Island.

Main floor has a second full bathroom , large galley style well equipped kitchen and hardwood floors throughout.Gas stove, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher. Large living /dining room with french doors that open to the large sunny deck in back. Lots of windows & light. Kitchen window looks out on the deck/garden below.
This is a clean, comfortable home with nice furnishings and a great floor plan flow. Forced heat system. Wood burning fireplace in living room. 42 flat screen TV above fire place. Cable, WIFI, all utilities included.
(note: owner retains some space on the property for storage including two small bedrooms downstairs that are closed off, basement & garage. )
