Utilities:
PGE is metered separately so you sign up with them and they send you a bill. We dont want to encourage people to just leave the water on so its is submetered and you'd just pay your share. The garbage is split proportionally. I am told that total utilities run $100-$150 / month.

Parking:
There is a long tandem driveway at the front of the house that can fit a lot of cars and is shared. There is also A LOT of street parking. Previously we had folks with 4 cars living on the property and 3 cars from the construction crew and there was never a problem with parking.
