This home has a 2 master bedroom suites with walk-in closets. Rent includes trash removal, water, monthly condo association fees (with pool/clubhouse access), all exterior grounds maintenance. HOA fees. MOVE IN DATE ON OR AFTER NOVEMBER 12th 202. Lease is for a minimum of 12 months, as this is a Fairrcroft condo requirement. All utilities will be transferred into prior tenant's name at least one day prior to your move-in date (Gas, internet, and Electric). Maximum number of persons permitted to reside in the condo at any given time is 8 people (unless otherwise approved). Unfurnished rent is $2,000/ per month. Lease rent fully furnished is $2,500 per month (which includes living room couches, dinning room table (to be delivered at or after your arrival). A deposit of half of the total of your “First, Last and Security” is required to reserve this property. A DEPOSIT FOR UNFURNISHED LEASE IS $3,000. DEPOSIT FOR FURNISHED LEASE IS : $2,700. The second half of your deposit is due on or before your move-in date.
