Broken air conditioning, 91 degrees in apartment. Electrical fire hazards, circuit issues. Maintenance causes more issues, has to come back for new problems. Still required to pay full rent and utilities with all the issues.

Parking is totally not right for guest. Parking lot has plenty of open spaces to where guest could park because everyone is parked on the streets that live here where guest is supposed to park. Who wants to visit and park on the street especially level green. You can’t check on vehicles when you can’t see them. Management lost paperwork and had to show my copies to get stuffed fixed. Maintenance is great and friendly when they get work they are supposed to get in a timely manner. Laundry is awful and we shouldn’t be charged to use it as much as rent and we don’t have no other options except the laundry mat it’s hot in there and stray cats make it stink and the foyer in the building. I was told I was allowed to do something because of my disability and now memos are being sent out about it. If they don’t like it they can move me to a first floor and help move me. I’m not be ugly I am thankful for a roof over my head.
