Park Shirlington - Affordable Housing

Situated on a scenic hill overlooking a neighborhood park, Park Shirlington places residents steps away from popular restaurants, entertainment venues, a library, a movie theater, and grocery options — all within easy walking distance. Reviews highlight the roomy floor plans and great natural light pouring into every home, and long-term tenants consistently praise management and the overall upkeep of the property. A standout perk that renters rave about is the all-inclusive rent structure, where nearly all utilities — gas, electric, water, heat, A/C, cable, and internet — are bundled in, making monthly budgeting refreshingly simple. The on-site bus stop makes commuting to DC and the greater Arlington area a total breeze, and residents love how quickly the 24-hour maintenance team responds to requests. Both dogs and cats are welcome, and community favorites like the pool, clubhouse, and playground make this a vibrant place to call home. Priced significantly below the metro average, Park Shirlington delivers outstanding value in one of Arlington's most desirable and well-connected neighborhoods.
