“When I first moved in certain things were not ready. It took maintenance a long time to complete it. Anytime I put in a ticket it took too long for it to be completed. Every few days you have to go and get visitor parking pass that’s annoying and can be inconvenient.”

“I would say the whole process was a little hard. They kept asking me for multiple paystub’s and W-2s and stuff and I wasn’t impressed on even getting approved. But when I moved in everything was taken care of such as the cold water and the garbage disposal not working they are prompt with maintenance. One thing I will say is the holes are very smelly, but the apartments are nice inside so as long as you are OK with the apartment being clean on the inside, you’re fine.”
