A 12-month lease is required. Must be able to pass a credit/criminal background check. There is a $45 application fee per adult and the security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Sorry, no pets or smoking permitted on the premises. Proof of renter's insurance required prior to move in. Rent includes garbage, single car garage and a 3x6 storage unit.
