The House is a 3 bed two bath house built in 1989 by the City of Portland as an experiment in space-efficiency in starter housing for . It is on a small lot and does not have a back yard but has a fully fenced nice side yard with enough room for pets or little people to play (and one of the best city parks is less than two blocks away if you need more green space!) There are technically four levels that alternate side to side - see the floor plan for a better understanding of that.
