This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is just what you are seeking. Located in a picturesque, cozy neighborhood in the Green Valley/Henderson area just outside of Las Vegas, this home has everything you could want.

The living area has an open design with the kitchen, dining, and family room layout all adjoined and open to each other, adding to the spaciousness of the house. The third bedroom has custom cabinetry, a built-in desk, and large built in Murphy bed (a bed which is built into the wall and pulls down in seconds--fully made--and ready to be slept in). This type of room is perfect as a third bedroom, an office, or a child's play room and can be easily and quickly be converted between the three options in just mere seconds.

The 2-car garage enters into the laundry room which comes equipped with extra large washer and dryer units. The garage has built-in storage cabinets to meet your additional short and long-term storage needs.

Despite the comfortable surroundings, an efficient heating and cooling system as well as modern appliances keep the utilities comparably low.

The backyard is maintenance-free and boasts a professionally decorated desert environment with beautiful, mature cactus, and flowering plants. Rectangular in shape, the outdoor patio sets up perfectly for entertaining and BBQing. A large 12-foot custom rock wall adds to the intimate privacy. The backyard also includes an outdoor landscape lighting system as well as a waterfall built into the rock wall making this backyard both unique and beautiful.

Directly across the street from this house is a large open park with a beautiful gazebo and seating area. It's the perfect place to read a book in the sun, walk a dog, let the kids run around, and meet your friendly neighbors. The community hosts a number of social events each year in the park, suited for both children and adults alike.

Located in the Green Valley/Henderson area, (the suburbs of Las Vegas) this home is nicely located only ~20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, ~15 minutes to downtown, ~15 minutes to UNLV, 25 minutes from Summerlin, and just 15 minutes from Lake Mead. There are few locations as prime or convenient as this, with quick and easy access to I-215 and US-95.

I am the owner of the house and really love this home. However, when I got married, my husband and I decided to move into his home together. We now live just a few minutes from this home and will be the direct landlords, so you won't have to deal with an unresponsive or lazy property manager. We will be quick to respond to any needs or concerns. If you have ever rented in the past, you know how valuable it is to have the home owner close by.

We are also very stable in our finances and will be keeping this home indefinitely. So you need not worry about a foreclosure or having this house sold out from underneath you, two major occurrences plaguing many other homes in Las Vegas/Henderson area these days.

We will not run credit, and believe in second chances, but we are seeking a responsible family or group of friends interested in renting for at least 1 year, with preference given to those who are interested in longer terms. The home will be available June 1st or may be available within a weeks or two of that point.

Additionally, we are open to allowing well-trained pets.
