Looking for someone to take over my lease for my apartment near southpoint mall in the woodcroft area. It is a 2bd 1ba apartment. Its nice, safe, quiet, and close to everything about a five minute drive from grocery stores including the new Sprouts, gas stations, and Southpoint mall. Piney Wood park is right next door its a 5min walk and has trails, a park for kids, and an awesome dog park. It is a ground floor unit, and is located in the back of the building so the patio is nice and private, none of that patio facing the parking lot nonsense. The rent is 1058 not including utilities. The rent only includes cable, trash, and pest control so you pay for water and power. Washer/Dryer in unit so no need for coins or worrying about your laundry getting stolen because you forgot it. It is also pet friendly and there are no breed or weight restrictions!!! Theres a brand new clubhouse and gym for residents to use. Theres also a pool and they also accept packages at the office for you so you dont have to worry about theft. To take over the lease you just need to fill out an application the office gave me to provide and do a credit check. Looking to move out at the end of October. The lease ends July 21, 2019. I will leave my deposit for you so you dont have to worry about that and I will pay your first months rent!
