This is smoke free home to be shared with the male owner. Available full access to laundry and full kitchen with pots, pans, dinnerware, glassware and utensils provided. Private bath, full furnished bedroom with queen bed, ample storage.

There is access to the entire home except the owners private bedroom.
Minutes away from grocery and shopping. Near colleges including Nova South East. Less than 10 minutes away from i595 and 5 minutes from University drive.
There is no HOA but this is a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. You'll feel comfortably at home,
