Thank you for taking the time to view my Fort Lauderdale apartment home. This one bedroom, one bathroom home is located 6 min (by car) from the famous Fort Lauderdale Beach. Central to all South Florida has to offer, this apartment provides great convenience. Ive been renting properties in Boston, MA and Kissimmee, FL for many years and have recently decided to provide accommodations in Fort Lauderdale & Wilton Manors.

This apartment offers one bedroom, one bathroom and is fully furnished with brand new modern decor. Everything in the apartment is brand new. Including the fully accessorized kitchen, television, linens and more.

We provide bath towels, beach towels, hand towels and wash cloths. A washer and dryer is also available.

The home includes premium cable television and free wireless internet.

The living room is furnished with cozy decor and includes a pull out sofa bed (with memory foam mattress), perfect for two smaller responsibles or children. Extra linens are provided for the sofa bed.
