880 18th Street is a duplex located on University Hill between Aurora and Cascade. This location is an easy walk to the CU campus, the Hill and just minutes down to Pearl Street. Both units share spacious front yard and back patio, as well as parking off the alleyway. Extra storage closets for each unit are available off the back patio. Apartment A is on the left, and Apartment B is on the right side.

Each apartment has an open layout for the kitchen and living room on the ground floor, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. There's an extra living room space upstairs along with the other two bedrooms and second bathroom.

Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. Remainder can be broken into three monthly payments.

CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat
ONE DOG is allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit
