Half of the security deposit ($1372.50) is required to hold the unit and take it off the market once your application has been approved. This deposit is not refundable should you choose not to take the unit unless the reason is beyond your control. You have 2 weeks from paying the initial deposit after which rent needs to begin being paid. We will not hold a unit longer than 2 weeks.
