The monthly rent includes water, sewer, and trash removal services, in addition to backyard landscaping. Our policy permits a maximum of 4 occupants in a 2-bedroom apartment. Larger pets, weighing 65 lbs or less, are more than welcome, with a cap of two pets per apartment. To ensure safety, specific dog breeds adhere to restrictions, and a one-time pet fee per pet is payable upon lease signing.
Lease agreements span a period of 12 months, with renters insurance being MANDATORY at move-in. All applicants must hold a valid US Social Security Number. It's important to note that individuals with eviction history or eviction-related paperwork within the last 5 years are not eligible for rental consideration.
