Boasting dual access, the apartment is enhanced by two doors—an entry leading into the living room from the front porch and a back door off the kitchen, which opens up to an expansive shared courtyard/patio space nestled between the two buildings. This area offers the perfect setting to set up a grill, prepare a delightful meal, and indulge in al fresco dining. Complementing the setup, the apartment is equipped with two new mini-split AC units, allowing for windows to be utilized when the weather permits.
The monthly rent comprehensively covers water, sewer, trash removal services, window blinds, off-street parking, landscaping/lawn maintenance, and regular preventive pest control services. For your convenience, there is an on-site laundry area.
Our policy allows for a maximum of 2 occupants in a 1-bedroom apartment. Small pets, weighing 25 lbs or less, are heartily welcomed, with a limit of 2 pets per unit. A one-time pet fee per pet is payable upon lease signing, with specific dog breed restrictions in place to ensure the safety of both residents and neighbors. All applicants aged 18 and above must possess a valid US Social Security Number to complete the application process. Regrettably, individuals who have experienced eviction or eviction-related proceedings within the past 5 years are not eligible for rental consideration.

Our showing system puts you in control - you drive there, you unlock the door, and you tour the apartment without us being there with you.
